CONCORD, N.Y. (WKBW) — A traffic alert affected commuters in the southtowns on Thursday morning.
Starting at 9 a.m., Route 219 was closed in both directions near Genesee Rd in Concord as a result of repairs to downed wires due to inclement weather.
The roads reopened at approximately 10 Thursday morning.
