LACKAWANNA, N.Y. (WKBW) — The City of Lackawanna says it will begin construction on Ridge Road between South Park Avenue to Hamburg Turnpike/Route 5, starting on Monday.
While the road will be open, lane restrictions will be in effect.
Drivers should expect delays when driving on Ridge Road.
City officials say construction should take approximately five weeks, weather permitting.
