CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WKBW) — An empty tractor trailer was blown over on the New York State Thruway near the Walden Galleria Sunday.
The roll over caused a lane closure, Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz said the driver was OK and was ticketed for the violation.
