BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A tractor-trailer overturned on the ramp from Route 5 to the I-190 North on Monday morning, causing the closure of the ramp.
The incident occurred around 10 a.m.
A New York State police spokesperson said the driver has what are believed to be minor injuries.
Just before noon, NITTEC cameras showed crews at the scene working to get the tractor-trailer upright.
