BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A tractor-trailer overturned on the ramp from Route 5 to the I-190 North on Monday morning, causing the closure of the ramp.
The incident occurred around 10 a.m. The ramp has since reopened.
A New York State police spokesperson said speed was the primary cause and the driver suffered minor injuries.
Just before noon, NITTEC cameras showed crews at the scene working to get the tractor-trailer upright.
