NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WKBW) — A tractor trailer hit an overpass while driving on the Niagara Scenic Parkway, shutting part of the road down for the early morning hours of Friday.
New York State Parks Police said the crash happened in the midnight hour, where the parkway turns into the LaSalle Expressway. It prevented drivers from getting between the two highways in both directions. Drivers were also unable to turn onto the parkway from the northbound lanes of the North Grand Island Bridge.
