CITY OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WKBW) — The City of Tonawanda Police say yet another tractor trailer has struck the Young Street bridge despite the truck ban on the street.

The driver from Columbus, Ohio was heading to a warehouse in North Tonawanda, the trailer was empty according to police.
