TOWN OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WKBW) — Town of Tonawanda Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing man.
Police said 45-year-old Brian Serafin was last seen on August 10 in the Town of Tonawanda, driving a tan 2006 Jeep Liberty with New York license plate KBE8348. He was wearing a blue shirt and shorts. Police described Serafin as 6'0" tall and 180 pounds with brown hair, green eyes and a beard.
