TOWN OF BOSTON, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Town of Boston woman faces aggravated driving while intoxicated charges following her arrest on January 1st.
New York State Police say 39-year-old Sarah C. McNally was arrested after she rear ended an vehicle on Boston State Road in the Town of Boston.
Police say McNally was administered sobriety tests which she failed, she was then transported to the Boston barracks where she submitted a breath test with a .33% BAC result, more than four times the legal limit.
McNally was processed on aggravated driving while intoxicated charges and released on tickets, she is due back in court at the start of February.
