TOWN OF ATTICA, N.Y. (WKBW) — New York State Police say 52-year-old Bruce Kriger, the Town of Attica Highway Superintendent, faces forgery and grand larceny charges.
Police say an investigation began in May and an arrest was made on June 15th, Kriger was allegedly in possession of a family member's vehicle and forged the owner's signature on the title when he sold the vehicle.
Following the investigation, police do not believe any crime was committed during his time at work, it is believed this occurred during his free time.
Kriger is to appear in Attica Town Court at a later date.
