TORONTO, Ont. (WKBW) — Toronto Police are investigating a shooting at Nathan Phillips Square during a celebration of the Toronto Raptors NBA championship.
Police report they have located two victims with serious, but non-life threatening, injuries.
According to police, two people are in custody and two firearms have been recovered.
Police are continuing to investigate.
