BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — A City of Tonawanda man is charged with felony sexual abuse in connection with an incident last year.
Police say 45 year old Glenn Finch of Broad Street Tonawanda forced himself on a 34 year old woman he was acquanted with.
He's charged with sexual abuse, forcible touching and unlawful imprisonment.
Finch is expected to make a court appearance April 17th.
