Three arrested, guns, drugs, ammunition and cash seized in Jamestown

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WKBW) — Jamestown police along with several other agencies executed a search warrant at a residence on the 300 block of Newland Avenue just before noon Friday.

As a result of the search warrant, three were arrested and several guns, drugs, ammunition and over $11,000 in cash was seized.

Police say while executing the search warrant three subjects attempted to jump from a second story porch. 39-year-old Terrance Mcrae, 35-year-old Richard Kinsey and 23-year-old Brandi Whitford, all of Jamestown, were taken into custody.

According to police one of the subjects threw a handgun into the street while jumping from the second story porch, which landed next to an officer.

Nine ounces of methamphetamine, fentanyl, hydrocodone pills, psilocybin mushrooms, three loaded shotguns (one was stolen according to police), several rounds of ammunition, drug paraphernalia and over $11,000 in cash was seized.

The three subjects were taken to the Jamestown City Jail and face multiple charges which include criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of stolen property and criminal using drug paraphernalia.
