Hundreds spent the day remembering an Orchard Park graduate killed allegedly by domestic violence.

Rachael Wierzbicki died in November. Her boyfriend is charged with her murder.

Lauri and Mark Wierzbicki are Rachael's parents. They started "Rachael Warrior Foundation," a nonprofit devoted to helping domestic violence victims get out of an abusive relationship.
That's what all the money from Sunday's fundraiser is going toward. The event has raised more than $22,000.

“Maybe somewhere there is a girl saying my relationship is really weird and all these people are telling me I should get out, maybe I should. Start thinking about it and know there are people out there that can help like our organization,” said Mark and Lauri.

Rachael would have turned 23 June 3rd.

Organizers hope to make it an annual event.
