BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Western New Yorkers will head out to Delaware Park on Saturday for this year's AIDS Walk.

Evergreen Health has hosted the walk for the past 27 years to raise money and awareness for HIV and AIDS treatment.

This year's walk is themed "Next Steps" as this is the last AIDS Walk. Evergreen looks forward to the future and hosting events that better reflect the changing conversation around HIV and AIDS.

Last year's walk raised more than 8 thousand dollars. All that money stayed right here in Western New York.

The AIDS Walk tomorrow (Saturday) will take place at Hoyt Lake in Delaware Park. It starts at 10:30.
