BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Hatch restaurant, a longtime favorite of those visiting the Erie Basin Marina, and William K's restaurant will be closed for the 2020 season, a City of Buffalo spokesperson confirmed to 7 Eyewitness News.
A city spokesperson says the former operator of the locations ended the service contract at the end of the 2019 season, the city found a new operator and was moving forward to start up for the 2020 season when the COVID-19 pandemic hit.
"Due to COVID-19 precaution measures for food service and other challenges facing the food service industry The Hatch and William K's will not be open for the 2020 season," the spokesperson said.
