BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Wing Fest kicks of August 31 and non-Buffalo natives will be in the city to showcase their version of wings.
"What better place to showcase what we have than Buffalo," Matt Corona, Co-owner of Boneheads Wing Bar in West Warwick, RI and participant of this years Wing Fest said.
Corona believes out-of-state restaurants bring new flavors to the traditional wing.
"We don't try to reinvent the wheel when it comes to what places like Anchor Bar and Gabriel's Gate has done. We bring something completely different," Corona said.
