SHERMAN, N.Y. (WKBW) — Chautauqua County sheriffs deputies have charged a teenager with arson and criminal mischief in the Village of Sherman.
Authorities say an 18-year-old man set fire to a hand sanitizer dispenser within an outhouse at Village Park some time after 9, Thursday evening.
According to deputies, the outhouse suffered minor damage, which fire crews were able to put out.
The man's name has not been released, and is expected to appear in Town of Sherman Court.
