AMHERST, N.Y. (WKBW) — Amherst Police responded to a pedestrian accident on Niagara Falls Boulevard Sunday evening around 7.
They say a 23-year-old was driving a 2006 Mitsubishi when she hit a 17-year-old boy who was crossing the road. This was at the 2300 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard.
According to police, the boy was sent to ECMC with serious head and neck injuries.
The incident is still under investigation and no charges have been filed.
