BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A 19-year-old Buffalo man was shot and killed just after noon Sunday on Busti Avenue between Maryland and Pennsylvania Streets, according to Buffalo police.
Officials said he was declared dead at the scene.
The shooting is under investigation.
