BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Erie County District Attorney's Office says a 66-year-old man pleaded guilty to one count of attempted misconduct after he attempted to meet a 15-year-old boy through a social media app and engage in sexual conduct.
The DA's office says Mark Jacobell of Buffalo attempted to meet the teen at a location on Delaware and Hertel Avenues in Buffalo.
Jacobell was caught by the viral YouTube channel called Pitbulls vs. Predators, which we first told you about in October 2019.
Jacobell faces up to 90 days in jail when he is sentenced on December 3rd.
He remains released under his own recognizance.
