BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — Buffalo fire investigators are looking into a suspected arson.

Fire crews responded to the mixed use building in the 11-hundred block of Tonawanda Street just before 2am Saturday morning.

Fire officials are investigating if a possible liquid accelerant was used to start the fire.

There's a pizzeria on the first floor, and residential units on the second floor.

Damage is estimated at $45,000.

There were no reports of any injuries.
