NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WKBW) — A 130-year building is set to be renovated and retrofitted for a new Spot Coffee in North Tonawanda.

The building is on Webster Street, directly across from the historic Riviera Theatre. It was once home to the North Tonawanda History Museum.

The cafe itself will be 2,500 square feet with original brick walls that have been covered up for more than a century.

Spot won't be the only tenant in this building, however.

"Future tenants may include a mix of medical and professional office, retail, restaurant and residential spaces," we've learned through a press release.

It's unclear when construction will begin.
