BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — City of Buffalo splash pads will be open for Memorial Day weekend. A city spokesperson announced that the splash pads would open at 2:00 p.m. Friday.

Temperatures in Buffalo are expected to be in the low to mid 70s for Memorial Day weekend.
