BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Speedway is investigating a report that a law enforcement officer was denied service at a store in North Buffalo.
The convenience store and gas station chain is investigating an incident at its location at Delaware Avenue and Amherst Street.
"It is not our policy to deny anyone entrance or service at any of our locations," a Speedway spokesperson said in a statement.
Speedway, which took over local NOCO stores last year, offers a special Speedy Rewards loyalty program specific to first responders.
