EAST AURORA, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Blue Eyed Baker hosted a soft opening at the cafe on E. Fillmore Avenue in East Aurora on Wednesday.
Customers were able to stop in for a pastry or breakfast sandwich as well as a coffee or a drink from the full espresso bar.
The owners say they will be adding to their menu over time.
"This place is amazing," said owner Alexandra Robinson. "We're so grateful to have found this place."
