Source: Charges will be filed against driver in deadly South Buffalo crash

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Sources tell the 7 Eyewitness News I-Team charges will be filed against the driver of a deadly October crash in South Buffalo.

Our source says the driver was drunk at the time of the crash.

According to sources, the driver will not be charged for another month. Buffalo police are still working on the accident reconstruction and waiting for a certified toxicology report.

The October crash killed 33-year-old Anthony Twentyfive the III and 32-year-old Kristen LaBruno, both from Buffalo. The accident happened on Seneca Street and Pomona Place.
