Slow Roll Buffalo is back!

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Break out those bike helmets because Slow Roll Buffalo is back!

The six-month season kicks off Monday evening at 5:30pm at the Hostel Buffalo-Niagara located at 667 Main Street in the city. The 10-mile leisure ride will set-off at 6:30pm.

Monday's route includes stops in the Fruit Belt and Kingsley neighborhoods as the first three Slow Rolls of the 2019 season will focus on neighborhoods affected by Buffalo's "Freeways Without Futures" - the Kensington and Scajaquada Expressways.

In addition to downtown, Fruit Belt, and Kingsley, neighborhoods on this route include Willert Park and Masten Park, along major roads Main, Tupper, Washington, Broadway, Jefferson, Humboldt, Best & Oak.

There will be a pre-ride limited-supply giveaway of bike lights plus an after-party at Hostel Buffalo-Niagara, including food, drinks, music, and fellowship.
