"Skip the Dishes" delivery woman robbed at gunpoint

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo Police are investigating two separate robberies that targeted food delivery persons on the same street Sunday afternoon.

Detectives say a woman delivering for "Skip the Dishes" was held-up at gunpoint around 1:45 p.m. in the 100 block of Glenwood Avenue. The victim says two men approached her, showed a gun, and demanded she turn over her food. The men then took off on foot.

About two hours later, another person was delivering food at Glenwood and Chester Street when two males approached him. According to the victim, then men showed a knife, assaulted him, then took his food and money and ran away.
