SILVER CREEK, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Silver Creek man is behind bars, without bail, after an armed assault in the village on Christmas Eve.
According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office, Kelly Larosa, 53, attacked a person with a knife, causing a serious injury.
Deputies say they caught up to Larosa at his home, placed him under arrest and charged him with assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
