CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Silver Alert has been canceled for 50-year-old Lenray Harris of Cheektowaga.
The Erie County Sheriff's Office issued the cancellation just before 3 p.m. on Thursday. The Cheektowaga Police Department reported Harris had been returned to her family.

Harris was reported missing in the early hours of Thursday morning. Cheektowaga police said Harris took a Lyft ride for a scheduled appointment at the VA Hospital but never arrived. The Lyft vehicle also could not be located.
It's unclear where Harris was found or why she had not arrived at her VA appointment.
