TOWN OF ISCHUA, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Cattaraugus County man has died and another is injured after a crash involving an all-terrain vehicle, according to the sheriff's office.
The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office reports a 63-year-old man and his 43-year-old son were operating the vehicle on a property along Miller Hill Road, in the Town of Ischua, early Saturday morning.
Investigators say the two men were in the woods on a steep trail when the ATV flipped backwards.
Officials say the 63-year-old man died at the scene. The other man was taken to Erie County Medical Center by Mercy Flight for his injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
The names of the victims have not yet been released.
