BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Shea's is canceling performances of Hello Dolly! and the Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time.

The decision comes under the direction of Governor Andrew Cuomo and his ban on public gatherings of 500 people or more.

In a news release issued Thursday afternoon reads in part, "Shea’s will continue to closely monitor the evolving coronavirus situation and make decisions as circumstances require, in accordance with guidelines from the CDC and state and local health officials."

Single tickets purchased for either show through Ticketmaster and the Shea's Box Office will be automatically refunded. Shea's Buffalo and Shea's 710 Season ticket holders will receive a credit on their account with the option to apply the credit to the balance of their 2020-2021 seasons.

The theatre will continue to update the public and its patrons about other upcoming shows as more information becomes available.
