Now he says it's time for him to turn the tables, and give back to those who have done so much for him.
Russell Salvatore is right near the top of the list when it comes to our communities "do-gooders". When kids can't afford to see the Bills play, he buys the tickets. When culinary students need a place to learn the trade, he builds them a school, and when hospital patients want to watch TV, it's thanks to Salvatore.
