BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — For more than 70 years now Russell Salvatore has been feeding the people of Western New York. He built a successful restaurant business and never looked back.

Now he says it's time for him to turn the tables, and give back to those who have done so much for him.

Russell Salvatore is right near the top of the list when it comes to our communities "do-gooders". When kids can't afford to see the Bills play, he buys the tickets. When culinary students need a place to learn the trade, he builds them a school, and when hospital patients want to watch TV, it's thanks to Salvatore.

7-Eyewitness News Anchor Keith Radford sits down with the popular restaurateur-turned philanthropist and finds out that Salvatore has no plans to stop giving.
