TOWN OF NIAGARA, N.Y. (WKBW) — A 39-year-old man is in trouble with the law after police say he crashed his vehicle at a Sunoco gas station and failed several field sobriety tests.

The rollover crash happened on Packard Road in the Town of Niagara Sunday evening. Police say the man was out of the vehicle when emergency crews arrived.

Officials interviewed Junny Parks and determined he was driving too fast. Police say Parks registered a .18-percent BAC.

He is charged with Aggravated DWI, DWI Common Law, Failing to Keep Right, and Unreasonable Speed. Parks is scheduled to appear back in court on February 24.
