NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WKBW) — Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information on a 2019 Niagara Falls homicide.
Officials say Jesse Richardson was killed on December 24, 2019 on Calumet Avenue in Niagara Falls.
