BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Buffalo Fire Department responded to a house fire at 25 Lasalle Avenue in Buffalo Sunday morning just before 9:30.
Officials say the two alarm fire began on the first floor, although the cause remains under investigation.
One firefighter suffered a hand injury and was transported to ECMC to be treated.
Five adults are being assisted by the Red Cross.
Investigators estimate the damage at $140,000, there was minor exposure damage to 29 Lasalle Avenue.
