BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo Fire Department officials say 12 people are being assisted following a fire Friday.
Firefighters responded to 1011 Smith Street, that's between Peckham Street and Paderewski Drive, just before 7 p.m. Friday for the report of a structure fire.
Investigators say the fire began on the first floor and damage is estimated at $150,000.
The Red Cross is assisting 12 people, no injuries were reported and the causes remains under investigation.
