LEWISTON, N.Y. (WKBW) — Lewiston police say a man was arrested on charges of petit larceny after walking out of a store with a massive amount of groceries without paying.
Authorities say Todd Chotiner of Ransomville walked out of the store with a cart full of groceries without getting them rung up by a cashier on Sunday.
The Lewiston Police Department is sending out a reminder to practice social distancing in an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19.
