CITY OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WKBW) — City of Tonawanda Police say a potato chip truck from Alberta, Canada struck the Young Street Bridge Monday afternoon.

Police say the 42-year-old driver Adam Hamdan struck the bridge around 1:45 p.m., he told officers he was "lost" and failed to see the height limit signs before the bridge.

The truck was just over two feet too tall to go under the bridge.
