BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Buffalo woman is facing drunk driving charges after crashing her car on the Thruway Saturday night with a blood alcohol content almost three times the legal limit.
Elizabeth McGlynn, 27, is charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
According to New York State Police, McGlynn crashed her vehicle on I-190 around 11:40 p.m. She was not hurt. No other vehicle was damaged.
McGlynn was released to a sober third party. She is due back in Buffalo city court on October 30.
