BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police say two men have been injured after a drive by shooting Sunday.

According to police, the shooting happened around 1:30 a.m. in the 100 block of Maple Street.

Both men suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Police say a 40-year-old Buffalo man was initially in stable condition at Erie County Medical Center. A 39-year-old Buffalo man was treated and released.
