NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WKBW) — Police say they are searching for suspects who allegedly stole a solar panel and two batteries that power the pond aerator for the retaining pond at the Fashion Outlet Mall.
Authorities say this happened between April 24th and April 29th.
Police are searching for suspects in a red Ford F-150 that was near the pond during those dates.
