BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo Police say a 49-year-old man was struck by a vehicle at Main Street and Amherst Street Sunday evening.
Investigators say it appears the man walked into the path of the vehicle traveling northbound on Main Street around 10:15 p.m. That man is now at ECMC where he is listed in critical condition. The female driver and the passenger were not injured during the incident.
Officials say no charges have been filed at this time as the investigation continues.
