RANSOMVILLE, N.Y. (WKBW) — Police need your help locating a missing 67-year-old man.
According to police, Kenneth James has schizophrenia and may be in need of medical attention. Police say James was last seen wearing black pants, a clack coat and a dark colored hat. James is from Ransomville.
