BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Olean Police Department has investigated the YouTube video showing Kevin Dougherty, an Olean alderman, smoking marijuana.
Police Chief Jeff Rowley says the department requested Dougherty come in for an interview on the matter. However, Dougherty declined the interview based on advice from his attorney.
The police department says it does not plan on pursuing the matter further unless more evidence is brought forward.
