BRANT, N.Y — More than two months after a head-on crash, Erie County Sheriff's deputies arrested 25-year-old Kalah Schultz of Brant.
Investigators say Schultz was impaired when her car crashed along Route 438 on the Seneca Nation of Indians' territory on December 10, 2018. The accident sent five people to the the Erie County Medical Center.
Schultz is charged her with a felony count of aggravated vehicular assault. She is sitting in the Erie County Holding Center pending her arraignment.
