BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo Police have identified a woman shot to death in Buffalo as 31-year-old Jasmine Harrison.
Investigators say Harrison was shot numerous times while sitting in a car in the first block of Eller Avenue Saturday night.
Police do not believe this was a random act.
