GRAND ISLAND N.Y. (WKBW) — The Erie County Sheriff's Office has arrested a Grand Island man who allegedly beat a dog to death.
Investigators say 41-year-old Brian Cline was caught on the pet owner's home surveillance camera hitting and kicking the dog. The pet owner checked their camera after finding their dog dead in it's crate on March 13th.
The pet's owner called the Sheriff's Office after seeing the video that allegedly shows Cline attacking the animal.
Cline is charged with a felony count of aggravated cruelty of animals and a felony count of criminal mischief.
