BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo Police arrested a 27-year-old man Tuesday night after his vehicle collided with a police cruiser.
Investigators say Jahaan McDuffie crashed his car into the patrol vehicle about 11:30 p.m. near Lisbon Avenue and Bailey Avenue.
The officers were responding to a call with activated lights and sirens when the accident happened. The officers were taken to ECMC to be treated for minor injuries.
McDuffie is charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and Failing to Yield Right of Way to Emergency Vehicle.
