BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police are investigating a shooting at an apartment complex Wednesday afternoon.
According to police, the shooting happened around 1:45 p.m. in the first block of Hertel Avenue.
Investigators say a 33-year-old Buffalo man was struck by gunfire during an altercation at the apartment complex.
The victim was taken to Erie County Medical Center for treatment.
